The Educationist National Sports Competitions, 2017
The Educationist, a premiere education newspaper of Pakistan, in collaboration with Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan and University of the Punjab (PU), Lahore is organizing National Sports Competitions 2017 with the objective to promote healthy sport activities among youth.
Competitions will be held during December 11-15, 2017.
Please fill in below form if you want to participate in any of the competition. Separate forms should be submitted for each sports category. All fields marked * are compulsory.
Institutions having more than one campuses may send separate entries from each campus.

To be deposited in favour of "The Educationist" A/C No.0130007900194220, Faysal Bank New Garden Town, Lahore.
Entry fee for individual contestant is Rs.500/- whereas for teams Rs.2500/- only. Scanned copy / photo of paid challan form/receipt must be sent through email (contact@educationist.com.pk / educationist1234@gmail.com), Whatsapp (03134959887) or by post (The Educationist, 136-J Gulberg-III Lahore). Entry fee may also be transferred in given bank account through jazzcash, easypaisa, upaisa, zong money transfer, etc.
Entry Fee, once submitted will not be refunded or transferred.

> Decision of referees will be FINAL and NOT Challengeable.
> Entry fees once submitted will not be refundable / transferred.
> Contestants will have to follow the rules and regulations given for each contest.
> Venue of competitions may be altered before start of contest.
> Fake information may lead to immediate disqualification.
> Unethical, unlawful and harsh language may also lead to immediate disqualification and action will be taken as per law of the land.
> Travel, accommodation and food will entirely be the responsibility of contestants / participating institutions. However, the organizers may arrange accommodation on the request and expense of the participants.
