EBM11 - Conference Attendance Request Form
Must read:
  • This form is designed to submit an application to attend the EBM11 conference; organized by the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Aleppo, and sponsored by Ugarit Pharmaceutical Industries.
  • The conference will take place in the Great Medicine Hall and begin on Sunday, 13th of November from 11:30 AM.
  • Accepted attendees will receive the invitation via email. Please ensure you type your email correctly and check it after two or three days.
  • This form requires nearly 15- 20 minutes to be filled.
Additional Notes:
  • Access to the hall is allowed only through the upper/back doors.
  • A certificate of attendance will be awarded if you meet the attendance criteria, so be sure to sign your name before entering the hall.
