Return Policy & Warranty Information
Please read carefully & SUBMIT THE FORM located below to begin the return/warranty process.


Indy E Cigs Distribution is committed to providing the best Customer Service in the industry. You may return defective items within thirty (30) days of receiving your item. The thirty (30) day window begins with either the delivery date of your package according to the tracking information provided by the carrier; or the order date, depending on which delivery method you specified for that order. Our policy covers Dead on Arrival (DOA) units, manufacturer defects, and items that were incorrectly sent.

Our policy does not cover items that are damaged by the user, miss-use or miss-handling.

We do NOT accept returns from the following categories for safety and sanitary reasons - Eliquid, Tanks, Lithium Batteries, RBA's, RDA's, RTA's, Drip Tips, Wick & Wire.

Returns must include all original packaging and contents (device, cords, chargers, manuals, packaging, etc.)

All return shipping costs are covered by the buyer unless you received an item that was DOA or incorrectly sent, then Indy E Cigs Distribution will provide a return label or the cost equivalent via store credit, whichever works best.

Upon receiving your return shipment, we will inspect and test your merchandise. If the item(s) are deemed defective, we will promptly mail out a replacement free of charge. If the item is not available, you will receive store credit to be deducted off your next order, or a refund to the original form of payment, whichever works best. If it is determined that the product(s) you sent back are fully functional, we reserve the right to return the product(s) to you. All returns are subject to case by case exceptions.


Returning items to Indy E Cigs Distribution:

Securely pack your item(s) in a box or a bubble mailer of your choice. We recommend using a box whenever possible as it provides the most protection. Please adequately pack the box with bubble wrap, packing peanuts, newspaper, etc. to secure the item(s) during transit. Inside the box, please include a piece of paper with your name, store name, contact info, and a brief description of what's going on.

We recommend & encourage using a carrier that provides tracking information, such as: USPS, FedEx, UPS. Please keep the tracking # in the event of a question or discrepancy.
