Yavneh Grant Application
Thank you for working to build Jewish life on campus! Please submit this completed form no later than 14 days before your event. Please read the following guidelines carefully before filling out the form.

• Funding needs to be proportional to the number of students reached. This number can’t exceed $25/student and preference is given to programs that best leverage funds.
• All programs must comply with OU and Mizrachi halakhic standards.
• All funding ends June 30 unless otherwise agreed upon. Any money not spent by that calendar date is lost.
• All publicity and branding must visibly state that the program is a Yavneh program
In order to receive your reimbursement you must fill out the reimbursement form upon completion of your program. You must upload all receipts and at least 2 pictures from your event (unless on Shabbat or Holidays).
