Drachenwald event registration form

Use this form to register SCA events in the kingdom of Drachenwald. The information you submit is automatically published in the Dragon's Tale newsletter and the public calendar on the Drachenwald website. 

IMPORTANT: Please save the confirmation email. It contains the link you will need to make any updates to your event in the future.

To be official, event announcements published in the Dragon's Tale must include:

  • Event name
  • Name of the official SCA hosting group
  • The name (Society) and email address of the Event Steward
  • Site street address (if there is no address, you must mention that in the announcement)
  • Date(s) of the event
  • Start/end time of the event
  • Cost and Payment information (if there is a fee)

You are encouraged to also include:

  • Description of the event and its purpose
  • Reservation deadlines, if any
  • Information about accommodation, meals, etc.
  • URL for the event website, if any
  • Name of Marshal-in-Charge (if there will be combat)
  • Other activity contacts (reservations, cook, herald etc.)
  • Restrictions (pets, open fires, alcohol, etc.), if any

Non-English Summary
This field is not required. We recognise that Drachenwald is a large and the people of Drachenwald speak many languages. We want to make it easier for people to use the calendar and if the information is available we will show Swedish content for Nordmark events, Finnish content for Finnish events, German content for events in Knights Crossing and Austria. The text that is shown in the calendar will depend on the readers browser. If that is set to Swedish/Finnish/German that version will be shown if available. Otherwise the English will be shown.
