This form is an initial application for current volunteer or stipend opportunities at Blessed Sacrament Youth Center located at 3600 W. Cermak Rd in Chicago. This application is only for adults ages 18 and over and does not guarantee a position but helps begin the recruitment process

This is the first of three easy steps.

STEP 1) Complete this Volunteer/ Employment Initial Application Form

STEP 2) Interview(s):

BSYC will contact you to confirm if your pre-application has been, or not, considered to move forward in the application process and, if considered, will request to schedule an initial interview with BSYC.

For a volunteer position: This initial interview is all that is needed for those applying as volunteers. If after the interview your pre-application is approved for admission, you will be notified to come to BSYC and complete your application forms and compliance training before starting your role as volunteer.

For a paid Position: If after the 1st interview you are considered to move forward in the application process, we will request a follow up interview

STEP 3) Finalizing Application and Compliance:

If your candidacy is approved to move forward in the application process after all your interviews, you will receive an email from BSYC requesting a visit to BSYC to complete the rest of your application forms and Compliance Training before your Start Date.

STEP 4) Welcome Email and Instructions for Onboarding

After all application forms and training are completed, you will receive an email with instructions that will help you get started with your mission and service at BSYC
