Various meeting rooms have been reserved for daily caucus meetings of major groups and other stakeholders during the 2016 HLPF. This room is available from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. from Monday 11 July through Wednesday 20 July. This room is also being used to coordinate groups statements so availability is limited. The room can be reserved for use in one hour blocks using the below form.
