TIME: 12:00–1:15 p.m.
LOCATION: Conference Center, on the lower level of the Main Classroom Building

DRESS: Professional attire required.

Who
All Penn State York students who are involved in some form of research, under the direction of a faculty mentor, in summer 2016, fall 2016, or spring 2017, are encouraged to present their scholarship at this campus-wide research exhibition. Examples of research activities include independent study projects, assisting a faculty member with their research (expected co-authorship), honors projects, extracurricular lab work, painting or the written word, and research associated with a work-study award.
Format
Students may only display their work in poster form; to display other types of creative accomplishments, please contact the Penn State York Office of Academic Affairs well in advance. Poster dimensions may not exceed 24” x 36” and, ideally, should be designed using the “poster application” found in PowerPoint. Posters should be professional in appearance; two templates for making a poster are provided below. Students and faculty mentors should carefully check posters for spelling, grammatical, or data errors prior to printing. A display easel will be provided for each poster.

All posters must be set up by 11:55 a.m. on April 11. Students are expected to be in front of their posters from 12:00–1:15 p.m. to speak with and answer questions from guests.
