Teaching Skills: Special Session | How to Teach Quality Improvement - A Train the Trainer Workshop

Ready to expand your knowledge and skills in Quality Improvement while learning to enhance your QI curriculum or facilitate QI projects? Come join us for a 2.5 hour interactive workshop designed to enhance QI teaching skills for the health professional student. Workshop content is intended to guide adaptation of QI curriculum to a variety of learners from undergraduate through faculty with instruction in both didactic and experiential curricular methods. Participants will be given electronic access to course materials and additional teaching tools for future use.

Objectives:
1. Participant’s will build upon existing QI background to solidify knowledge of QI principles
2. Participant’s will gain QI teaching skills to enhance their existing QI curriculum
3. Participant’s will demonstrate ability to critically appraise a learner’s QI proposal including project stakeholders, aims, tools, measures, and interventions
