2020 Events At The Costume House
In an effort to cut back on paper waste, I've consolidated ALL The Costume House events into ONE application.
Please make sure you read CAREFULLY & select all the dates you wish to be a part of.

There are TWO pricing options for you.

RETREATS;
Bring Your Own (ONE) 6 Foot Table = $60
OR
ONE 6 Foot Table Is Provided For You = $85

POPUP MARKETS;
Bring Your Own (ONE) 6 Foot Table = $110
OR
ONE 6 Foot Table Is Provided For You = $135

I understand that FULL payment is required within a 48 hour period, after application approval. Details will be sent in the approval email. Payment arrangements can be made and will be discussed via email. *
Linens and décor are the responsibility of the vendor. *
The Mind, Body & Soul Collective and/or Nicole Marques are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
The Mind, Body & Soul Collective will provide advertising for the event. We will list your company name, social media links/website & photos on our website and all social media sites associated with the event. *
RETREAT INFORMATION: Retreats are a ticketed event for guests. They will run from 10 AM - 4 PM. All vendors are to promote the event on their social channels and with current clients. Social media photos/ads will be provided for you to use as well. A unique ticket link will be provided to every vendor & guest speaker. This link is unique to each individual and MUST be shared with your community (via social media, email blasts etc). *
POP UP MARKET INFORMATION: Pop up markets are free for guests to attend. They will run from 10 AM - 3 PM. All vendors are to promote the event on their social channels and with current clients. Social media photos/ads will be provided for you to use as well. *
