Open to all academics (students & staff) from all universities and all commercial/industrial scientists from all companies
This 3-day R course is presented by the Centre for Genomic Research and the Computational Biology Facility, and funded by the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC). It primarily focuses on the basis of R language and introduction to visualisation and statistics analyses.
The course is designed to introduce R from the very basics. Therefore applicants do not need any prior experience to attend the workshop, just the desire and need to learn R.

- £150 NERC funded academics, University of Liverpool Staff and Students - £200 Academic Institutions with Technology Directorate agreement - £500 Industry & External Institutions
Three nights’ accommodation, meals throughout the workshop, the workshop dinner and standard travel will be covered by sponsorship from NERC for academic members. Further details of accommodation will be advised upon acceptance to the workshop. Registration will be formalised once payment is received. Note that places are very limited and a selection process will be undertaken.
