2024 Clubhouse Survey

The LOWA Board of Directors is seeking your opinions on Clubhouse operations.  Our goal is to increase the utilization of the Clubhouse by the members and support the growth of the Clubhouse by continued improvements in food, service, event offerings and dining options.  In the coming months LOWA will engage a restaurant consulting firm to review Clubhouse operations and make recommendations for improvements.  Your input through this Survey will be valuable to LOWA management, the Board, and the consulting firm.

 Currently LOWA is in the final stages of the Clubhouse Facelift project, which includes newly installed flooring, paint, and lighting, as well as new furniture, and artwork that are on order and to be installed soon.  Our restaurant staff has recently completed extensive service training.  Through this Survey, we would like to know what you think and where you believe further improvements can be made.  We look forward to hearing from you and thank you for your participation.  Survey runs April 24 - May 24.
