2025 Returning Wine, Cider, Beer, Spirits Application

To expedite the application process for returning vendors, the Withrow Park Farmers’ Market has introduced a new, shorter application form.

June 7 to October 18, 2025


Craft Brewer, Distiller, Winemaker:
● Full Season: $1,400 (20 market days)
● Half Season: $700(10 market days)
● Part-time: $70per market day

All produce, drinks, food items and other goods sold at the market have to be certified organic or be ecologically and sustainably produced. At no time can Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO's) of any kind be allowed for sale, including as ingredients.

Only VQA wine and fruit wine* made from 100% Ontario fruit (including cider) may be sold at farmers’ markets in Ontario. All staff involved in the sale of VQA and fruit wine at a farmers’ market must be certified by Smart Serve.

All sales and sampling at farmers’ markets are subject to applicable legislation, regulations and AGCO policy and procedures, including the Registrar’s Sampling Guidelines and Winery Retail Store Information Guide, available at www.agco.ca .

*"Fruit wine" means Ontario wine that,
- is produced from fruit grown in Ontario, other than grapes, and
