APPLICATION PROCESS:
STEP 1:
Complete this application form.
STEP 2:
SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Applicant's recent photo (not more than 800x600 pixels).
Signed Policies and Medical Form.
Bank debit order form.
Senior Pastor's Evaluation Form and corresponding documents (please follow up with your senior leader).
STEP 3:
Interview with your Local Church Senior Leader.
Your leader must fill out the Pastoral Evaluation Form and corresponding
documents on your behalf. (We will mail this to your Senior
Pastor/leader).
STEP 4:
Online interview with track Dean and School principal.
Applicants will be informed of their assigned schedule for an interview with School Staff.
STEP 5:
Admission Confirmation.
Proof of Payment (of at least the deposit amount).
Confirmation of acceptance into programme will be sent via email.
You will also receive a request for sponsorship letter which will enable you to raise funding.
APPLICATION CLOSING DATES:- Core Curriculum and Campus Ministry Track: Saturday, 31 January 2026.
Please note that your full application must be sent to us by the dates above (steps one to five outlined above must all be completed by the closing date).
COST FOR APPLICATIONS SENT IN BEFORE 30 NOVEMBER:
- For full-time vocational ministers recommended by their pastor: R10 000.
- For those who are not full-time, or those doing it independently: R15 000.
