2019 Japantown Halloween Carnival Volunteer Registration
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with us at the annual children’s Halloween Carnival in Japantown hosted by the Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Northern California and the Japanese Community Youth Council, on Friday, October 25! We are also taking signups for the night before on Thursday, October 24 to help decorate the haunted hallway for the festival!
For the actual Halloween Carnival on Friday, October 25, volunteers will be needed from 5:30-9:30pm. Halloween costumes are encouraged! All volunteers will be provided with a meal voucher for a hotdog, chips and soda from the carnival concession booth. We could use some help in the following areas:
• Haunted Hallway - spooking kids throughout the night!
• Craft Activity Stations - assist children with Halloween crafts
• Breakdown and cleanup after carnival ends at 8:30
Please fill out the information below no later than Monday, October 21! Thanks again for your help!
