Global Veterinary Fund Application Form 
Hello! We are the Global Veterinary Fund and our mission is to provide financial support to
animal organizations, individuals struggling to pay off veterinary care debt, and uplifting veterinary students by reducing their financial burden. 

You do NOT need to be a particular major to join us! 

We are open to a variety of backgrounds and skills to accomplish our mission! 

Currently, we are looking for two Taskforce Coordinators, two Event Coordinators, a Community Outreach Coordinator and a videographer. Please look below for more info on the duties of these roles!

Taskforce Coordinator:
This is a leadership role where you’ll manage a small team dedicated to identifying individuals in need of financial assistance. Depending on your area of focus, you will: 

- Assist individuals facing veterinary care debt or Support veterinary students seeking financial relief

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a focused outreach team
- Identifying and verifying possible individuals to help
- Creating events with your Taskforce to raise funds 
- Representing the Global Veterinary Fund 

Event Coordinator: 
The go-to person for planning and executing the fundraising events for your particular Task-force. 

Key responsibilities include:
- Handling event logistics 
- Coordinating with volunteers & third-party groups 
- Ensuring smooth day-of operations 
- Working closely with social media team to promote event 

Community Outreach Coordinator:
This position is vital in shaping how we interact with and support the greater community. 

Key responsibilities: 
- Creating and managing a thorough, verifiable list of people and organizations we can help 
- Connecting with local businesses and other animal-focused groups for partnerships 
- Work closely with the task forces to identify individuals to help 

Videographer/Content Creator  
This position is responsible for creating content on our social media to promote our work and events. 

Key Responsibilities: 
- Film and edit videos for social media to increase engagement and awareness of our work 
- Help share the stories of the animals, individuals, and students we support in an engaging way
- Use various content trends and strategies to help us grow an online presence
