Schedule Correction Request 2019-2020
Schedule Change Procedure:
After you submit your schedule change request your counselor will reach out to you if the request can NOT be fulfilled.
The last day to submit a schedule change request for processing is September 13, 2019.

Do NOT complete this form if you would like to enroll in an online class. Instead, schedule an appointment with your counselor.

Do NOT complete this form if you would like to enroll in Peer Tutor, TA, or Applied Office. Instead, please pick up the form in the counseling office and obtain teacher signatures.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Our master schedule is based upon student requests made in March. Once classes are scheduled, it is difficult to make a schedule change as many classes will already be at capacity. Only correction requests that meet the compelling criteria below will be considered. After submitting your request, please continue to check Skyward to review updates to your schedule. Counselors will only notify individual students via email if the request can NOT be accommodated.

The priority for changes will be:
- Seniors missing graduation requirements
- Students scheduled in a class they have already completed
- Students enrolled in too many or too few classes
- Students who have a health condition that prevents them from taking a class
- Students misplaced in a sequential course such as math or world language
- Students who have not met prerequisites for a class

Please note that this form is a request and does not guarantee that your schedule will be changed. Please review the Course Catalog and master schedule in order to find an appropriate course replacement.
