This membership application is one step in the membership process. Completing this form signifies your commitment to abide by the covenant and support the mission of UUCSR.  Next steps are attending the orientation class, pledging an annual financial contribution, and meeting with the minister. Finally, you sign the membership book and are formally welcomed in a joining ceremony during a Sunday service.
