Eligibility Criteria:
• Open to any student member of ADHA in their final year of study
• Good academic standing
• Displays the attributes of a professional capable of entering a dental group practice specifically including teamwork skills, promotion of a prevention culture, clinical excellence, and leadership.

The deadline for submission is December 19, 2025, at 11:59 pm CST.  Please read all instructions carefully before applying to avoid deducting points or disqualifying.
