Let’s Build Better Healthcare, Together

Are you working on a project or policy that could benefit from a fresh perspective? The Kootenay Boundary Patient Advisory Committee (KBPACC) is eager to collaborate with you!

Whether you need a "gut check" on medical jargon to ensure it’s patient-friendly, or you’re looking for deep insights into the patient experience, we’re here to help. Our goal is to bring the heart of the community into the work you do.

How we work best together: To make sure you get the most out of our time, we find these steps help bridge the gap:

  • Keep it Simple: We’re experts in our own experiences, not necessarily medical jargon. Clear, acronym-free questions help us dive right in.
  • Join the Conversation: We love seeing your face! Attending the initial and final PACC sessions helps us "close the loop" and see the impact of our feedback.

  • Define the Goal: Tell us exactly what level of input you need—whether it's a quick review or a deep-dive discussion—so we can provide exactly what you’re looking for.
