- A 50% percent deposit of total fees is due following registration. The
remaining fees will be payable on July 1st and Aug 1st through CAFT forms
- Full payment for entire registration period can also be sent through e-transfer to turtle.gatoreft@gmail.com
A copy of your registration form will be sent to you following completion.
The Centre staff will send a follow-up email which will include additional forms to complete. Please check junk mail folder for email from lacey.turtlepark@gmail.com.
Registration will be confirmed once the following are ALL received:
- 50% deposit by e-transfer to turtle.gatoreft@gmail.com
- Completed CAFT form for July and August payment. The CAFT form allows withdrawal of 25% on July 1, 2024 and the second withdrawal of 25% on August 1, 2024. If you only register for one month, the remaining 50% will be withdrawn at the first of that month enrolled. If you are already a part of the Co-operative, current CAFT form can be adjusted to reflect new July and August fees
- Excursion and Transportation form
- Child Emergency Information form
If payment above cannot be accommodated, please contact executive director for special arrangements Cancellation of weeks is allowed
but will be subject to the following: Non-refundable
deposit (50% of weekly fee or $120.00) collected at registration will not be
returned for each week cancelled.
Space is not guaranteed for
families if they register after May 31st.
Transferring weeks and adding weeks after May 31st is allowed, as space
permits
