Children's Book Bundle Request Form
Use this form to request bundles of books for children under 12 years of age. Please allow staff up to three business days to respond and confirm a pick-up time. If you have any questions about this form, please call the library at 252-335-2473. Staff is available to answer all questions and concerns from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday. 

Once your request is processed, a staff member will call you to confirm a pick-up time.
