In order to be eligible for transportation, students must:
1) Live within Carrollton Public Schools district boundaries
2) Be a K-6 student (CPS only provides transportation for these grade levels)
3) Follow all district busing procedures and policies

Please note that you will only be able to sign up one child at a time using this form. If you have any technical issues or would like to fill out the form in person, please call 989-753-3433.
