Date: Thursday 12 January, 2017Time: 6pm Location: SF2202
This is the first of a series of workshops that we will be hosting to highlight the role of engineering on the global health stage and to challenge the engineer in you!
Come out for an interactive workshop before classes get too busy! Participants will be introduced to engineering principles and strategies in the context of world health. A short lecture on circuitry and its relevance to global health will be provided followed by a hands-on workshop with students planning a circuit, testing on a breadboard and finally soldering a complete circuit.
Hope to see you there!
