Each is issued individually and is non-transferable and non-resellable. If you intend to come to RCCC with a crew (photographer, cameraman, etc.), each member of this crew must complete an application. RCCC reserves the right to approve or deny any application and limit the number of Press Badges provided to any organization. Decisions are final and cannot be appealed. Any individuals caught transferring or selling their Press Badge will be disqualified from Press Badges at future events.
RCCC is a “Fans First” event and approval to receive a Press Badge is not guaranteed. We must maintain a high standard of excellence when we award Press Badges so please understand that:
• Your Press Badge allows access as long as space is permitting.• Your Press Badge does not allow early access, special access or guaranteed seating. • Your Press Badge does not allow you to cut lines.• Your Press Badge will not allow access into any events requiring an additional ticket.
We highly recommend that you apply early as it is possible that we will reach maximum capacity for Press Badges to RCCC 2019 prior to the Show dates. There will be no onsite Press Registration at RCCC.
All Press Registrations are subject to approval. You will be notified if you have been approved for a Press Badge via email. If your registration is NOT approved, you will also be notified. If you have been approved, additional information regarding Badge distribution will be provided in your confirmation email and receipt. Please see approval schedule below.
Round 1All applications received ahead of July 8th will receive an answer by July 9th.
Round 2All applications received ahead of August 2nd will receive an answer by August 6th.
Round 3All applications received by September 3rd will receive an answer by September 5th.
Round 4Any applications received after September 6 will receive an answer by September 12th.
