Thank you for your interest in being part of the 2nd Annual Heroes Holiday Market!
To provide shoppers with a great variety of products, only one vendor per product/category will be accepted. Applications are reviewed in the order received, and a booth is not confirmed until the application and payment are received. Payment information will be provided upon approval. Please do not submit payment until you have received an acceptance notice.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables/chairs, displays and other booth equipment.
Booth assignments will be made based on availability. We will do our best to accommodate booth-size requests, but specific locations cannot be guaranteed. Booth assignments are made by the Heroes Holiday Market organizers.
To help support the Heroes Holiday Market fundraiser, we ask each vendor to donate one basket or item valued at $20 or more for our auction.
All food sales MUST meet all applicable state and local health requirements and receive prior approval.
The Department of Revenue requires all vendors to have their own Missouri Tax Identification number if they make sales at retail. Unregistered vendors will need to contact the Missouri Department of Revenue 3 to 4 weeks before the event to obtain a sales tax license.
Vendor Agreement
To maintain a family-friendly environment:
- No alcohol or alcohol-related products may be sold or distributed.
- Items containing profanity are not permitted.
- Vendors may only sell the products described and approved on their application.
- Vendors are responsible for setting up and cleaning up their booth area.
- Booth displays and merchandise must remain within the vendor's assigned space.
- Booth fees are non-refundable once paid unless the event is canceled by Valor Ranch.
I understand that I am responsible for my merchandise, displays and personal property during the Heroes Holiday Market. North Star Church and/or Valor Ranch are not responsible for loss, theft, damage or injury associated with my participation in the event. I have read and agree to follow the vendor guidelines above.
