Wondering what to do for IAP? Excited about the intersection of computation and language?

Join us for a month long intensive educational program on NLP, Linguistics and model infrastructure in industry. Take a break from theoretical classes and develop that love of language and computation in the field. Learn from leading NLP engineers working on state of the art, productionized models for speech transcription, Dialog Systems and voice bots, including commercial LLMs and telephony systems. See how models you’ve “seen in a Pset once”, including ASR, TTS, Emotion detection, Entity Recognition, Multi-Lingual models, are actually developed and used commercially, and explore how much farther we can take it!

This program is run by several MIT alumns now working for Gridspace, including previous Course 18 lecturers, PhD physics students, and some good old course 6 undergrads and MEngs. Lectures will feature speakers from backgrounds spanning conversation design, physics, psycholinguistics, ML theory and dialog systems.
