Consignment Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in consigning baby and toddler clothing items at Momique! We're excited to bring this option to our community. Please fill out the form below. When you do, one of our staff members will contact you to schedule a consignment intake appointment.

Please remember:

Right now, we are going to consign newborn to 3T items only. We will only be taking excellent used condition (no rips, stains, pulls, pilling, stretching, etc) or New With Tag clothing items. We will not be accepting toys or gear at this time. Brands need to be at the Carter's level or above. We will be accepting only a small amount of onesies and focusing more on cute outfits, hard-to-find items, and dressy / non-play clothes.

This is 100% consignment; we will not be purchasing inventory (this might change in the future, but we will be 100% consignment on baby/toddler clothing for the time being).

The percentage you receive will be 40% of the sales price and your items will have 60 days to sell. We will buy fall/winter items from September to February and spring/summer items from March-August. Appointments must be made for intakes and we're currently accepting 30 items or less per consignor per week to allow more people to participate in consigning their items.

All items need to be freshly washed (if not New With Tags) and free of allergens. They should be folded and placed in a bin or in a bag.

Our staff reserves the right to refuse any item based on condition, brand, items needed in the store, or "salability"

The standard consignor's fee will be 40% of all items sold at the end of each month. You can pick up a check between the 3rd and 7th day of each month. If you don't pick up the check by the 8th day of the month, your consignment fee will be forfeited. Unsold items will remain at Momique until 60 days after the date of intake. Consignors are responsible for picking up their items between day 61-68. Items left after 68 days will become the property of Momique and will be donated to Jersey Battered Women's Services or another local non-profit if they do not sell.

If you're interested in volunteering at the store in exchange for an increased consignors fee (up to 50%), you can indicate on the form we provide. We're also pre-selling our Tribe Membership Cards for 2019 between now and the end of the year to help raise funds to open a larger space, purely for baby and kids consignment.

We have deals and discounts from local businesses that you would have access to the entire year. You also receive a year-long discount on classes, memberships, and retail purchases at Momique. Proceeds from presales of the Tribe Cards are funding the operations to open this consignment boutique.
