You can submit up to 2 meals for a single day on this order form. If you need more than 2 meals for a specific day, or if you wish to order online for multiple nights, please submit an additional online order form or place your order by calling Centro at 4-9207 between 2:30-4:30pm. This form is designed to take up to 2 dinner orders from the same outlet for the same night.
