Code of Conduct -Student Responsibilities: Daily attendance is required -if a student does not attend 90% he/she will not be allowed to attend field trips. Students will respect school property. Students will be respectful of others including teachers, staff members and other students. Students will be responsible for working to their best potential in and outside of the classroom. *

Discipline Guidelines -Students will receive one verbal warning from a teacher or staff member. If a student receives a second verbal warning, parents will be notified. If the behavior does not improve after parent contact has been made, the student will be asked to leave the program. Parent/Guardian and Student Name Below to acknowledge agreement with the Code of Conduct. *
