YOU'RE INVITED! Grow Hamtramck Block Party and Tree Planting!
Saturday, April 25th, 2026 | 10 am - 1 pm | Pulaski Park (9625 Lumpkin St, Hamtramck, MI 48212)

Pulaski Park is getting ready to party! 
We'll have food, games, crafts, learning opportunities, and MORE set up in the park from 10-1!

But that's not all! 
We're excited to have you help us plant some GORGEOUS redbud trees along Lumpkin street! 
Please note: Lumpkin street will be shut down in front of Pulaski Park during this event to keep our volunteers and attendees safe.

New to planting trees?  Friends of the Rouge will give a How to Plant Trees Workshop at 10:00am! Learn all about the benefits of planting trees in the city, what Grow Hamtramck planted around town last year, and how to properly plant a tree. We'll give a live planting demo and then you'll be ready to grab a shovel and help us plant!
