BSA Crisis Pantry Delivery Program Support Request
Brave Space Alliance will be operating a crisis food pantry for all Chicagoans (BIPOC, LGBTQ+, immunocompromised, and/or disabled folks prioritized) who need food assistance during the COVID-19 Pandemic. NO ONE WILL BE TURNED AWAY.
Deliveries will now be made on a WEEKLY basis, Wednesdays between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm. Delivery requests must be made by 5 PM on the Monday before, or else they will be delayed until the next cycle.
Please note that at this time, we are only able to make deliveries within Chicago city limits. DELIVERIES WILL NOT BE MADE TO ADDRESSES OUTSIDE OF CHICAGO.
PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT MORE THAN ONE SUPPORT REQUEST FOR EACH DELIVERY CYCLE, WE WILL ONLY HONOR ONE. Please wait until the next delivery cycle to submit a new request.
PLEASE ONLY SUBMIT ONE REQUEST PER HOUSEHOLD, WE WILL ONLY HONOR ONE. The form will ask how many people are in your household, so only one person should submit this form. That person can include all members of the household on their submission.
If you have any questions of concerns, please contact the BSA Crisis Pantry Delivery Program Coordinator, Jacoby at
