Adventure! Summer Camp Scholarship Waitlist
4J is funding scholarships for 4J students to attend camps this summer! We have 20 single-week scholarships available, and we will be contacting families within one day of application regarding their scholarship status on a first-come, first-served basis. Our camps are planned for children ages 5-9 years old, in grades K-4, and scholarships for camp are only available to children in this age bracket. Please contact us about opportunities for children of other ages; additional programs for younger children and opportunities for older students may be available.
PLEASE FILL OUT A SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH CHILD.
All camps take place at Adventure! Children's Museum, located at 490 Valley River Center in Eugene, Oregon. Our phone number is 541-653-9629

Accepting a scholarship to camp is a commitment to attend camp. Our camps are small group camps of no more than 6 campers per session, and scholarships are quite limited. We would request to be contacted as soon as you know whether you are able to commit to camp attendance so that waitlisted campers can be contacted. Are you able to commit to the camp dates selected above?
We will plan other activities around camp dates to ensure our child can attend.
At this time, mask use is still required in the museum for adults as well as children. Campers will be asked to wear their masks or visors over their mouths and noses except during snack time. Is your child prepared to wear a mask or visor at camp?
Each themed summer camp at Adventure! Children's Museum is a three-hour-long, indoors-only summer camp that runs from 9 am till noon for five days in a row, Monday through Friday. Are you able to drop off your child at 9 am and pick up at noon each day, or provide for drop-off and pick-up?
Thanks for applying for an Adventure! Summer Camp Scholarship! Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Someone should be in touch with you within 5 days!
