This intake form helps us understand where your palate lands with a cigar and what you’re ultimately looking to build. Your responses allow our team to evaluate whether your vision is best supported through an existing Factory Access blend, a curated adjustment, or a fully customizable Legacy blend built from the ground up.

Every submission is reviewed with intention. Our goal is not to upsell or force a lane — it’s to guide you toward the right solution based on flavor preference, strength, scale, timeline, and budget, while respecting the vision behind what you’re creating. All submissions are reviewed personally. Completing this form does not obligate you to move forward. If aligned, you’ll be contacted to review details, availability, and next steps before any order is finalized. Expect our forms to be sent to you via email and our initial outreach to you within 2-5 Business days from submission.
