Circle Building Proposal
The district is considering a Building Restructure Proposal. Half of the Redwater building is empty every day due to enrollment numbers. To best utilize space and increase safety, the proposal would make it possible for grades K-6 to be under one roof by moving Bo Peep students into Redwater, move the band and choir into BoPeep and move football and wrestling over into the music building, making it the Athletic Building. There will be a Building Restructure Open House meeting on October 29 at 7pm in the high school library. This is an opportunity for the public to hear the plans of the proposal, tour the facilities and to provide feedback on the proposal. This proposal is being considered in order to utilize the buildings in a much more efficient manner, increase safety (as students would be focused in two buildings instead of three) and provide a little savings financially to the district.
