Providence Housing Event Form
Thank you for your interest in holding an event for residents of the Providence Housing Authority! Someone will get back to you within one week of submission of this form.  Please note that PHA prefers that all events be held between 9am and 4pm between Monday and Friday.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE that PHA is not currently approving indoor events due to COVID 19 and you will be asked to review and fill out the form at this page relating to COVID safety protocols:
