Hi and welcome!

I'm so glad you hopped over because that means you are looking for help getting into a health and fitness routine AND you want to do it alongside a positive, encouraging, self-love toting crew of fellow motivated ladies! YES! I can't wait to get to know you better and help you figure out a game plan to help you reach your goals over these next few weeks and help you create healthy habits for the long term! That's what #IAmArrowStrong is all about!

After trying every fad diet imaginable to lose the weight I gained during my pregnancy and then discovering I had a tricky auto-immune disease that made losing weight challenging, I found this community, these tools, and this support and I FINALLY found results! I can WITHOUT A DOUBT say that having an accountability group is absolutely ESSENTIAL for success! I know it from firsthand experience because I lose 70 pounds because of it! I don't know what I would do without the encouragement and accountability of the women in all my challenge groups over the last few years. I just KNOW you will discover the same to be true when you experience your first challenge group with us!

This group is going to have a heavy focus on transforming from the INSIDE out, I'm talking about mindset and positivity! Because that's my motto and I've learned that it's the only way to create true, lasting results! No more yo-yo dieting! I'm talking about change for good! Raise your hand if you'd like some of that!
