MDS 2025 Itasca Gathering Registration Form
We hope you will join us in Itasca State Park for our 2025 summer gathering August 8-10, with a full-day field trip planned for Saturday, August 9!!

Registration options
There are two registration options: full weekend or field trip day only. Dining and lodging for full weekend participants will be provided at the University of Minnesota Itasca Biological Station and Laboratories, inside Itasca State Park. See below for more details on dining/lodging. Full weekend participants will arrive August 8 (3-5pm) and depart by 11am August 10. Day participants will not have access to station facilities but can participate in the excursion in and around the park from 9-4:30 on Saturday, August 9.

Registration cost
Full weekend: $100 (covers dining/lodging and space use at the station)
Field trip only: $30 (donation to support the Minnesota Dragonfly Society)
