Room Bookings (2019/2020)
Given scarce event space in the building, and that priority for these areas are first and foremost as study space, all event requests must be evaluated by the Building Director/Project Manager and VP Internal. Upon approval, the MUS will then book this space directly.

Requests must be made a minimum of 2 weeks in advance (8 weeks if involving alcohol)

IMPORTANT NOTE: Weekend/post-9 pm bookings have porter and cleaning fees, and must be first approved by the MUS VP Finance!!
