25-26 North Fort Myers High School Electronic Sign-Out
Please use this form to request the release of your NFMHS student. Once submitted, this form will be automatically sent to the attendance department. Please allow thirty (30) minutes for release from the time of submission. District Policy states students will not be released within the last 30 minutes of the regular dismissal time.

1. Electronic sign out requests should be submitted prior 10:00am daily.

2. The Electronic Sign-out form must be used, rather than email. Parent telephone requests are for emergencies only.

3. This form is for student drivers, walkers, and bike riders ONLY.

4. A separate form must be completed for individual students, even if they will be leaving in the same vehicle.

Parent/Guardian will be contacted by the school to confirm the electronic sign-out request. NFMHS will only contact phone numbers currently on file in FOCUS. Students may not call parents from their cell-phones, nor will emails be accepted. If a parent or guardian cannot be reached, your child must be signed out in person, with proper identification.
