BV Trails "Thank You Volunteers" RSVP Form 2025
After working hard to build and maintain our local trails, it's time we took a break and gathered together to enjoy what we have created.  Please join your fellow volunteers JUST-4-FUN on Saturday, October 4th, for a day of hikes, mountain bike rides and a special evening at the Lake Alpine Stone House Event.  Please fill in the RSVP form below so we may plan how many to expect and to be eligible for the limited number of tickets for the evening event..  Thanks!

                                                Bear Valley Trail Stewardship
EVENT DETAILS:
We will meet at the Bear Valley Adventure Center (BVAC, aka:gas station) at 10:00 for registration.  The ride/hike events will take place between 10:00am and 2pm with a light pizza/beverage lunch starting around 12:30 The ride/hike event is open to volunteers from all past years.  

The fun will continue at the Lake Alpine Stone House Event beginning at 4pm-10pm. These complimentary tickets are provided by the Powder Pigs Non Profit who are sponsoring this fund raiser to benefit community projects in the Bear Valley region. Due to the limited number of tickets, this event is open to our 2025 trail work volunteers.
