The 2024 Beacon Career Alliance is a pilot professional development opportunity to support new (1st-2nd year) Beacon direct service staff as they begin their career journeys in the Beacon network.
This work group is ideal for staff who are interested in growing as youth development professionals and would like to explore future career opportunities in the field.Those who participate will gain:
- A deeper understanding of how their work connects to the Beacon Network
- A space to connect and share experiences with peers
- Skills to take into the future of their career trajectory
