Buyers benefit greatly from being in a Buyer Agency relationship with ONE Realtor from start to finish. Please select the options which best describe you:
Most buyers don't know that the service fee for their Realtor is included in the list price of all homes in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). This fee is paid at closing and is not an extra charge. *This applies to homes listed by an agent and is different for For Sale By Owner homes.
When looking at For Sale By Owner Homes, the service fee for your agent will be negotiated by your Realtor and most of the time this fee can be included in the price of the home.
