HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE?
▶ An item is defective when the product you received doesn’t work as intended and/or not received in good condition.
▶ Refunds or replacements may be requested.
HOW CAN I BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND?
▶ Refunds will be granted upon return of the purchased item in its original, brand new condition.
▶ Refunds may be requested for any reason within 60 days from the date of purchase.
▶ We will process the refund once we have received the return.
WHO COVERS THE RETURN SHIPPING?
▶ For non-defective items within US, the buyer will cover the return shipping cost
■ Order that weighs from 0.1lbs to 5 lbs - $8
■ Order that weighs from 6 lbs to 19 lbs - $15
■ Order that weighs from 20 lbs to 30 lbs - $25
■ Order that weighs from 30 lbs to 40 lbs - $35
■ Order that weighs from 40 lbs to 50 lbs - $45
▶ For non-defective items outside US, the shipping charge may vary depending on the location.
IS THE SHIPPING FEE REFUNDABLE?
▶ No, the shipping fee is non-refundable.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
▶ Any return for Commercial Chalkboard Wall Sticker is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
