Virden Minor Hockey 2026 Tournament Registration

Thank you for your interest in participating in a Virden Minor Hockey Tournament!

Please complete one registration form per team.

Registrations will be reviewed by the Virden Minor Hockey Tournament Committee. Teams will be contacted by September 30, 2026, with confirmation of acceptance.

Once your team has been accepted, a tournament deposit will be required from the team's coach or manager. Deposit amount, payment instructions and deadline will be provided in your acceptance email.

Submitting this form does not guarantee acceptance into the tournament.

TOURNAMENT ACCEPTANCE & DEPOSIT

Registrations will be reviewed by the Virden Minor Hockey Tournament Committee.

Teams will be contacted by September 30, 2026, with confirmation of acceptance.

Once a team has been accepted, a tournament deposit will be required from the team's coach or manager.

Deposit amount, payment instructions and payment deadline will be provided in the acceptance email.

A team is not considered officially registered until the required deposit has been received.

TOURNAMENT DETAILS 
This tournament is sanctioned by Hockey Manitoba and is governed by Hockey Manitoba and Hockey Canada rules and regulations. Applications will be reviewed by the tournament committee and are subject to tournament capacity, appropriate team classification/level and approval by the tournament committee. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the tournament. All accepted teams will be contacted by September 30, 2026. An accepted team is not considered officially registered until the required deposit has been received. All accepted teams will be required to submit an official Hockey Canada/Hockey Manitoba team roster. Any overage players must be identified on the roster. Teams are expected to abide by all Hockey Canada, Hockey Manitoba and tournament rules and regulations. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED after a team has been accepted and the deposit has been received.
