PRIVATE LESSON STUDIO INTAKE FORM for NEW STUDENTS at Road Show Inc.

Voice Lessons will be held in three sessions at Road Show Inc. for our 2025-2026 Season:
Fall: September 29 - November 22, 2025 
Winter: January 26 - March 21, 2026
Spring: April 6 - May 23, 2026
  • Studio Class will be held at the end of each session on the Monday (6:00PM) of the final week of that session.
  • Our Spring Voice Recital is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, May 20 (Evening), 2026.
Road Show Inc. Private Lesson Studio Procedures

TUITION/PAYMENTS for Private Lessons (Payment Link will be shared once we've connected and confirmed lesson day/time)
Private Lessons (30 minutes) are $325/SESSION and are paid directly to Road Show Inc. at the start of each session. If you have a card on file, we will run the first week of January; if you'd prefer to pay by check (payable to Road Show Inc.) please let us know and plan to bring it to your first lesson.
All credit card payments do include a 3% processing fee at Road Show Inc. Thank you!

PRIVATE LESSON MAKE-UP POLICY: 
All make-up lessons are up to the discretion of the teacher. No more than 2 lessons per session may be made up. We ask that families do not take advantage. Regularly scheduled lessons will not be held during our Studio Week; you may use our “studio week” to have a make-up lesson. All private lessons through Road Show Inc. must take place at our Road Show studio, or designated Road Show rehearsal space.
**When you know in advance, please connect directly with your instructor. In case of last-minute emergency or illness, plan to connect with your instructor and our Road Show team.

STUDIO CLASS at Road Show Inc.:
At the end of each session PRIVATE LESSON students** will attend a STUDIO CLASS, rather than their scheduled private lesson that week. Attending this studio class will allow students to work with guest artists, listen and learn from other students, work with an accompanist, and showcase works in progress. 
This model also allows for the studio-week to be used as a "make-up" lesson week for anyone having missed a weekly lesson. This must be worked out in advance with your Private instructor.

***Audition material may always be worked ongoing in private lessons, as well!

PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS:
After you've filled out the form below, Road Show will connect with you for payment arrangements. If you have a card on file, we will run payments on the first day of class. If you do not have a card on file, those who would like to pay by credit card may stop into day one or you may choose check may bring a check payable to Road Show Inc. to our first class.
