Please indicate below the type of service, item, or work you will be providing as well as the estimated value. If you are you able to make a cash donation to costs, it will be much appreciated.
For photographers, in the services description please indicate your familiarity with studio lighting, if you're able to provide a backdrop, etc.
Setup will begin at 8am. The event will run from 10am-2pm (probably). We will cut off new people at 2pm and finish by 3pm. Cleanup from 3pm-4pm.
Everyone who donates will be put on a master list given to everyone who receives a portrait. Your business name, type of service, email address, website, and phone number will be on the list. There will be a table or two available for you to place your own marketing materials.
Cash donations will be collected by Chris Deckard. Donations will be used to purchase picture frames, food, and cover other expenses associated with the event. Some will also be put towards Facebook ads.
Lastly, we will also have a box for donations to Food Finders for non-perishable items.
