PAACH is excited that you want to serve our community at the 2026 convention. 

There are 2 electrical outlets per booth. If you need additional outlets you will need to come to the vendor hall prior to booth setup to run power from the perimeter walls.

Payment options
We will review your application and notify you if you have been accepted to come to the 2027 convention.  Once we contact you with your acceptance, payment for Vendor options may be made in 2 ways:

1. We will send you a link to our online payment portal, where you may add your vendor options to the cart and complete payment online.

OR

2. We will send instructions for mailing us a check.

ALL payments must be received before March 1st, 2027.
NO refunds will be offered after January 1st, with a 50% refund if cancelled by December 31st.
PAACH will send a confirmation receipt. Thank you so very much for your support and participation in our annual convention. 
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
