The debut of AniPop Kawaii Anime Convention will be taking place on Saturday and Sunday, May 3 and 4, 2025 in North County San Diego.
Filling this form out does NOT guarantee acceptance into AniPop. The form will close and become a waitlist after March 1, 2025. On March 15, 2025, vendors will be alerted that they have been chosen and be given one week to complete the registration form and make payment.
AniPop will provide one table and two chairs to vendors booth space. Vendors will be placed indoor. There is very limited space, so we will be limiting the number of total vendors. Vendors get one table and two chairs in a 10 feet x 8 feet space.
STANDARD VENDOR $450 - gets one 6 feet table, two chairs,
two badges/passes, and an 8 feet x 10 feet space.
DELUXE VENDOR OPTION $550 - get one 6 feet table, two chairs, four badges/passes, and an 8 feet x 10 feet space. This option will also include the following benefits for an additional upgrade cost:
- You get to choose your space from on a diagram (depending on what is available, on a first-come, first-serve basis - e.g. the best spaces will be available to those who choose the DELUXE spaces first)
- Emphasized in program book and website as Deluxe Vendor
You will only get to choose your space if you choose the DELUXE option. You can request electricity below, but that will only be guaranteed to people who choose the DELUXE option. If you need electricity and do not choose the DELUXE option, electricity will only be provided based on remaining spaces with electrical access that were not chosen by DELUXE spaces. Likewise, if you request a corner space but do not choose the DELUXE option, you will not be guaranteed a corner space, unless there are any available after all the DELUXE options have been assigned.
