Registration for Bukit Timah Nature Reserve Free Nature Appreciation Walk 'A Walk in an Ancient Forest'
This is a free nature appreciation walk "A Walk in an Ancient Forest" organized by National Parks Board led bmy NParks volunteers for individuals or small family group. Each walk can only take up to a maximum of 15 participants. Each person is allowed to only register up to a maximum of 4 participants, on a first-come-first-served basis.

This walk is strictly for small family groups and individuals only.

For schools and corporate group, you are required to write in for a separate guided walk request to Jeanne at jeanne_tan@nparks.gov.sg

Registration for walk closes 3 days before activity.

1. The applicant’s participation, or the applicant’s child’s/ ward’s participation in the activity, course, programme or workshop and all its related activities is entirely voluntary, and the applicant accepts that there may be risk of loss of life, injury or loss of or damage to property arising from such participation.

2. The National Parks Board (“NParks”) shall not be liable to the applicant or any participant for any injury, loss or damage to property arising from or in connection with the participation in any activity, course, programme or workshop conducted by NParks. Applicants and participants are advised to take up appropriate and adequate insurance prior to the participating in the activity, course programme or workshop. This exemption clause shall take effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. The applicant and/ or participant shall be solely liable for, fully indemnify and hold NParks, its officers, employees and agents, to the maximum extent permitted by law, harmless from and against:
(a) all liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, recoveries, judgment or execution, damages, costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis and/ or reasonable solicitor’s fees), losses and expenses of any nature which NParks, its officers, employees or agents, may suffer or incur, arising out of or in the course of or by reason of the participation in the activity, course, programme or workshop organised by the National Parks Board; and
(b) all loss and damage to any premises or park managed or maintained by NParks, its adjoining or neighbouring premises and to all property therein howsoever caused whether directly or indirectly by the applicant or participant.
